Welcome to The GLEN
The Global Learning & Exchange Network
A Continuous Learning Arm of The Grove Consultants International
We are a community of change champions committed to creating a brighter future through better collaboration and leadership. We lead with generosity, lean into inquiry, share ideas and insights, and publish learning tools for the common good.
COMMUNITY EXCHANGES and The GLEN Café
Our members design and host exchanges to lean into inquiry, test new ideas, and share insights with dynamic colleagues in relational spaces that invite transformation.
We meet Fridays in an informal café gathering on Zoom.
Check the Exchanges page for all programs.
COURSES & COHORTS
GLEN members and The Grove itself occasionally provide fee-based workshops on a wide range of topics, circling around what it means to be an integrated practitioner rising above dualistic, polarized thinking. These range from embodiment and personal development workshops to learning specific skills and ideas. Some of these spin off small cohorts who continue practicing in self facilitated gatherings. The Leading As Sacred Practice project went on-line during COVID and will return to a week-long retreat in 2025.
All workshops and courses are listed on the Exchanges tab.
David Sibbet's Mapping the Mystery monthly series looked at things like Integral Theory, Stages Development, the Wendling Liminal Pathways Framework, the Medicine Circle Earth wisdom work, Scriptures as maps, and the Cohado collaboration game. Members can subscribe to the series videos here.
COLLABORATIONS
The GLEN sponsors partner-led programs with The Grove and others that support the GLEN's purpose.
- The Leading as Sacred practice (LASP) Ensemble of has collaborated since 2016 on week-long retreats and on-line sessions exploring what it means to work with body, mind, heart AND spirit.
- We are gong to partner with The Grove on David Sibbet's upcoming Grove Sourcecode Project, which will build on the Mapping the Mystery series described above.

there is a shortage of consciousness.”
