Ronita Johnson and Nancy Davis organized this Exchange to hold space for the Women of the GLEN at the end of very challenging year. Our intention is to explore and practice rituals, blessings, loving touch, sacred silence, compassionate music and inspiring words that sustain and nurture us.

By inviting us into the Self Care Salon of our beloved community, we intend to identify what has become normal activity of busyness, and take a nurturing pause. Our conversation and acts of caring for ourselves are in service of fostering inclusion, facing issues of race, and supporting resistance and transformation.
