CEBU Café Collaboration Documentation

Registering for to see the CAFE documents will familiarize you with the process The GLEN used to support Teresa Rueles creating and evolving an organic farmers market network on the island of CEBU in the Philippines. Over the course of the collaboration, Teresa and her team formed a non-profit called CAFE—Communities for Alternative Food Ecosystems. Your will learn about:

  • How a person can start an important community resource in the face of tradition and active resistance.
  • How a project can be supported virtually using visually facilitated Zoom calls.
  • Formats for graphically recording a dynamic set of conversations.
